One keystroke at a Time
The Problem Collective is here to give insights into our life challenges in a world with such diversity.
The Hit on the Highway
She saw two bright lights heading toward her, then doctors commented that she may not have a memory, and may not be able to walk or talk if she woke…
Concerts and Porta-Potties
Cerebral Palsy doesn’t stop this guy from going to concerts, oh no! Constantly searching for his next show, even though his disability presents challenges in his life. We all have disabilities and yes, ADA compliances are in public spaces, but who would have thought Porta-Potties would lack accessible features?
The Comeback Journey
Thought it would be a really good idea for me to re-enter myself into the world by taking a trip to Lake Tahoe. On the contrary, society has been trained to see deficiencies in people. We have invisible and visible scars like physical, mental, and emotional work to deal with. People’s assumptions are lacking awareness and empathy, alternately let us eliminate judgment and become more unbiased.
Water Fountain, Narrow Sidewalks, Myasthenia Syndrome? Not a Good Combo!
Another girl’s determination and perseverance to communicate the fears and challenges when out and about. Illustrating a beautiful picture of her tribulations, got her to make a change in a service she uses.
Slower and More Slurred…
One girl’s journey and challenge with Uber and Siri in a differently-abled world. How does one navigate? How might we meet these challenges?
Keep Us Going!
Problem Collective directs itself to benefit, first and foremost, people who want to voice their challenges, regardless of what those challenges are. To keep trying to change the world, one keystroke at a time, we need funds. Funds to acquire and retain contributors and give back to our contributors. Giving back is a small token of our appreciation for people who take the time to share an adversity and/or an experienced ordeal.
